Chelmer Training
An infill system runs where new starters roll onto the programme as places become available. The are no specific entry requirements other than a willingness
to participate fully in the programme. Applicants are interviewed to determine if it is appropriate for them to attend. Apply at anytime via referral from Connexions.
LEAPP is a 12 week course 16 hours per week with a training allowance of £20 per week and a £50 progression bonus at the end of the course. Help with travel costs
(if required). You will achieve a recognised qualification such as Basic First Aid. You may also gain a basic or key skill qualification in English and Maths if
needed. LEAPP can help you progress on to e2e.

Basic Skills, Personal and Social Development, and Occupational Skills. We deliver a range of
lesson-based sessions that address all learners' needs. We also give the learners the opportunity
of a quality work placement in various occupational areas.
- Courses include Health & Beauty, Construction, Electrical Installation, Multi Trades, Carpentry,
Plumbing, IT, Job Search and Business Administration.
- All learners have the chance of a quality work placement in various occupational areas including Child Care,
Administration, Motor Mechanics, Football Coaching, Carpet Fitting, Veterinary Surgery, Retail , Warehouse,
Health & Fitness.
